Free Standard Shipping

Uqnfr offers free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Regardless of the order value, we will safely deliver your items to your designated shipping address.


Order Processing Time

Once an order is submitted, we typically process and ship it within 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation notification once processing is complete.


Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after the order has shipped.
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to peak shopping seasons, extreme weather, high logistics volume, customs inspections, or other unforeseen factors. We will do our utmost to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding and patience.


Order Tracking

After your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing tracking information.
As logistics systems require time to synchronize, tracking details usually update within 24–48 hours after the package is handed over to the carrier. If you are unable to view the tracking status immediately, please check again later.


Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
We will assist you by:
  • Checking the shipment status;
  • Verifying delivery details with the carrier;
  • Investigating any potential shipping irregularities.
If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund based on the situation.
If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us immediately. We will help initiate a delivery investigation with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue.


Shipping Address Information

To ensure successful delivery, please carefully review your shipping details at checkout and ensure they are complete and accurate.
Incorrect or incomplete address information—including but not limited to house numbers, unit numbers, postal codes, or contact phone numbers—may result in delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or the package being returned.
We may not be held liable for issues arising from incorrect address information.


Address Change

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact customer service within 24 hours of placing your order and provide your order number.
We will do our best to accommodate address change requests; however, due to rapid order processing, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be successfully fulfilled.
Once an order has shipped, the shipping address can no longer be changed.
