Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every shopping experience. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the items you received, please contact us within 25 days of receipt, and we will assist you in accordance with this policy.
Please note that all return requests require prior authorization; packages returned without authorization cannot be processed.


25-Day Return Period

You have the right to request a return within 25 days of receiving your items. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
  • Items remain in their original condition;
  • Unused, undamaged, and unaltered;
  • Original packaging and all accessories are retained;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information;
  • Confirmed by the Uqnfr after-sales team with return authorization granted.
To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking.


Items Ineligible for Return

Returns or refunds are not accepted for the following:
  • Items that have been unsealed, used, or are otherwise unfit for resale;
  • Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons;
  • Toothbrush replacement heads and other disposable oral care accessories;
  • Special offer, clearance, or promotional items;
  • Items damaged due to misuse, modification, accident, or human error;
  • Items exceeding the 25-day return period;
  • Items missing accessories, packaging, or proof of purchase.


Personal Care and Hygiene Products

As some items are personal care products, the following rules apply to ensure the hygiene and safety of all consumers:
Unopened items in their original sealed condition may be returned if they meet the return criteria;
Returns are not accepted for items that have been opened, used, come into direct contact with the mouth, or compromise hygiene and safety;
The above restrictions do not apply in cases of quality defects, shipping damage, missing parts, or incorrect items being shipped.


Product Quality Guarantee

We offer a 1-year limited quality guarantee on our products. If you receive an item with manufacturing defects, shipping damage, functional malfunctions, or an item that does not match your order, please contact us promptly after receipt.
Upon verification, we will provide one of the following based on the specific situation:
  • Free product replacement;
  • Full refund;
  • Other reasonable solutions.


General Return Process

Initiating a Return: Please request a return by emailing orvessa@uqnfr.com. Include photos and/or videos of the item(s) and your order number. Our customer service team will review your request for eligibility within 3 business days.
Returning Items: If your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking and requires a signature upon delivery, as we are not responsible for lost return or exchange shipments.
Refunds or Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. Upon approval, we will process the refund or arrange an alternative solution as requested.


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an issue on our end (e.g., incorrect product, quality defect), we will issue a full refund;
If the return is due to buyer preference or error (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item/size), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We do not charge any additional return processing fees beyond the shipping costs.


Refund Information

We will notify you once we have received and verified the returned item. We will process your refund request within 48 hours. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–15 business days. The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing speed of your bank, credit card issuer, or payment platform.
If you have not received your refund after 2–3 business days, please check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to request a cancellation. Upon confirmation, we will issue a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the shipping process or have already been dispatched. If you require a refund after the order has shipped, please follow the return policy outlined above once you receive the item.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 25 days of receipt and provide relevant photos or videos as proof.
Please provide your order number and, if necessary, attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue. Once the issue is verified, Uqnfr will provide a free replacement or a full refund.


Delayed or Lost Packages

If tracking information shows that your package has not been delivered within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier; if the package is confirmed lost, we will reship it or issue a full refund.
Packages marked as "Delivered" but not found will be verified by the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package was lost, misdelivered, or delivered incorrectly, Uqnfr will reship the item or issue a refund. If the carrier confirms the package was correctly delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order may not be eligible for reshipment or a refund.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges based on personal preference. If you wish to purchase a different model or item, please return the eligible item(s) in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired product.
For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect orders, Uqnfr may provide a free replacement after verifying the issue.
